Personal Injury

Have you been injured due the fault of others? Have you been getting the runaround or been treated disrespectfully by an insurance adjuster? Do you wonder if you’ll be given a fair shake? Do you know what factors most insurance companies take into consideration in evaluating your claim include whether you have an attorney and whether that attorney is willing to take your case to trial?

I have been representing injured people for over thirty years. I am a member of the Washington State Association for Justice and the Oregon State Trial Lawyers Association. Both are organizations of attorneys dedicated to protecting the rights of injured people and educating and supporting the attorneys who represent them. Each organization provides me ready access to information and resources to help me to provide the very best representation to my clients.

Injured people I represent include victims of automobile wrecks, slips, trips and falls, workplace injuries and injuries on another’s premises. Although I don’t represent injured workers in the Labor and Industries or Worker’s Compensation claims, I do bring claims when the injury is the fault of someone other than the employer or someone else in the employ of the employer. Recent examples include a claim brought against a general contractor and another by a temporary worker against the owner of the business he was placed at. I also have brought workplace injury claims against other contractors working at the site and the manufacturer of defective equipment used at the site.

My goal is to take the stress of the claims process away from my client so she or he can focus on recovering from her or his injuries. I help you to find all of the insurance coverage that might be available. You might be surprised about where I find coverage. (Resources)I take care of the claims process and will advise my clients during their recovery. Although I am not a doctor, I am very familiar with the local medical community and can be helpful with maneuvering through the process.

I usually charge a contingent fee (a percentage) and there is no risk in coming to see me because there is no charge for the first appointment and no charge if I can’t get any money for you. I don’t get paid unless you do.
