Do you feel like you have been treated unfairly at work? I represent employees who haven’t been paid, aren’t getting overtime pay or minimum wages or have been discriminated against at work. I also help people with unemployment claims and who have been wrongfully discharged. I charge a flat fee of $50 for a one-half hour appointment. If at that appointment we agree that I should bring a claim on your behalf I usually handle the claim on a contingency (percentage) basis and often the fee is paid by the employer. At the very least, at the end of that first half hour you will have a pretty good knowledge of employment law that should help you with future employment.
