We charge a flat fee of $50 for a one-half hour appointment. If at that appointment we agree that our firm should bring a claim on your behalf, we usually handle the claim on a contingency (percentage) basis and often the fee is paid by the employer. At the very least, at the end of that first half hour you will have a pretty good knowledge of employment law that should help you with future employment.
